The scope of the project was the construction of seven steel-frame room buildings and a steel-frame main building, with 5-star standards. The hotel includes 138 rooms, seven swimming pools, one of which is indoors and heated, two bars, a spa, a restaurant and two kitchens. The electromechanical installations include VRV systems for air conditioning and water heating, wastewater treatment facilities, an auxiliary power generator and a medium voltage substation.
