The scope of the project was the renovation of 7 apartment buildings, consisting of 25 apartments each. It includes replacement of all the floors, ceilings, bathrooms and electromechanical installations with new ones, renovation of the exterior of the buildings and the outdoor staircases, as well as renovation of two restaurants, one of which was turned into an open-kitchen restaurant. The project was executed in two phases. First phase at 2006 and second phase at 2007.
