The scope of the project was the renovation of the hotel and its conversion into a 5-star unit. After demolitions, the preexisting reinforced concrete frame was augmented with new foundations and reinforcement of the pillars and beams with gunite. A 200 m² polyester swimming pool was constructed on the roof of the hotel.
