Complete reconstruction of ESPERIA hotel building and its conversion into a 5-star hotel unit with a capacity of 214 rooms. During the project, all the necessary reinforcement, upgrade and configuration works were carried out. Hotel facilities include restaurant areas, café-bar, a spa with an indoor swimming pool, a gym, and an outdoor rooftop swimming pool.
