Construction of a hotel complex with a capacity of 112 rooms consisting of  central building, restaurant, Café-bar, Spa and three accomodation buildings. Swimming pools 475m² & 122m² and a children’s 50 m². A decorative stream, a Pool Bar and two Tennis Courts were also built in the surrounding area.
