The scope of the project was the renovation of the 200 – room hotel, including the floors, the ceilings, the bathrooms and all electromechanical installations. All the rooms at ground level had to be demolished, due to high moisture. An underground – water drainage network was installed, along with special floor insulation against moisture, to eliminate the problem.
