The scope of the project was the renovation of the 1,500 m² public spaces of the hotel, including the floors, the ceilings and all electromechanical installations. On the surrounding area a new building with stone facing was erected, in accordance to the traditional regional architecture, as well as an open theater with pre-stressed membrane cover.
