The scope of the project was the construction of a hotel unit in a space of 70,000 m², that consists of a central multipurpose building (with restaurants, a gym, a spa, a Lobby, a bar et al.), 13 apartment buildings with 250 rooms in total, 3 villas, 25 outdoor pools and various other common areas. The electromechanical installations include an air-water A/C system for the main building, VRV A/C systems for the other buildings, a wastewater treatment facility, an auxiliary power generator and a fire detection system.
