The scope of the project was the renovation of the 2,000 m²  common areas of the hotel, including the floors, the ceilings, the walls and the electromechanical installations. The restaurant was expanded by 500 m² , with a lightweight steel roof and retractable tempered crystal (securit) walls, so it can operate all the seasons of the year.
