The scope of the project was the annexation of two adjacent stores (with basement, ground floor and mezzanine floor) to the hotel, reconfiguration of the public areas layout, reinforcement of the elevator shaft, construction of two new rooms and renovation of two more, including all electromechanical installations. After the demolitions at the section to be annexed, the preexisting reinforced concrete frame was augmented with new foundations and reinforcement of the pillars and beams with gunite.
