Residence in Filothei – Reconstruction

The scope of the project was the full reconstruction of a 3,500 m²  luxurious residence in Filothei. The preexisting outer walls, made of stone, were preserved and reinforced with concrete injections. A 2-level basement was constructed, along with a swimming pool on top of it. Very slim profile aluminum windows were installed, so as to provide an uninterrupted view of the city of Athens. The electromechanical installations include A/C, floor heating, BMS and lighting management systems.
