The scope of the project was the full reconstruction of the hotel and its conversion into a 5-star unit. After demolitions, the preexisting reinforced concrete frame was augmented with new foundations as well as reinforcement of the pillars and beams with gunite and fibre-reinforced polymers. The electromechanical installations include VRV A/C systems, water heating using solar panels, a wastewater treatment facility, an auxiliary power generator and a spa.
